Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are based on order subtotals AFTER all promotions and discounts are applied. Depending on your country, state, and/or zip code, additional taxes on delivery fees may apply.

Returned Shipments (Invalid Addresses)
Customers are 100% responsible for providing the CORRECT shipping address. If by any circumstances an incorrect shipping address is provided the customer has 24 HRS AFTER placing order to contact CHOSEN ALIAS. Send an email to shopchosenalias@gmail.com

If an order is processed and shipped to an incorrect address due to customer negligence, the package will be sent back to us. 

Customers are 100% responsible for providing the correct address and re-shipment costs.

If the customer does NOT provide a correct shipping address and/or pay for re-shipment costs within 48 HRS of the package arriving back to us, a PARTIAL refund will be issued.
